I have provided detailed, simple and easy to follow instructions for everything, but you need to already know how to use something like 7zip and Vortex, take your time and read carefully there is no rush, and once you are done you will have a stable mod list that you can play on for as long as you want. The game play section is optional because I separated my conflict resolution, that way it doesn't force my choice of game play mods on anyone, but that does not mean you can go through my guide and pick what you want, this is a complete stable setup that is patched and intended to be installed in full, if you are experienced then you know what you can and can't do, but if you are newer to modding then it is strongly advised to not skip anything and follow it exactly. I play with the full Anniversary Edition Dlc, but that is not a requirement, I separated all conflict resolution for that stuff, that way if you do not own it you can still run my mod list without it.
